I'll be taking the "much awaited", I bet much dreaded, Biology 30 (Genetics) exam in a couple of hours. I've been reading the syllabus since late last night and continued on up until a couple of hours ago. That means, I barely have one hour of sleep. Goodness, I'm now experiencing spasms in my stomach because I think I had too much coffee. My migraine popped again and as much as I want to review some more, my throbbing head wouldn't let me concentrate.

Sigh.

Exactly.

Exactly one year ago, we were on our van driving home from my first competition, RX Rhythm and Street Year 6, which was held at the Decagon, in Silver City. It amazes me how time really flies. I can still remember vividly the day I auditioned (half-heartedly) for the UPLB Street Jazz Dance Co., and look at me now, I'm now considered as a senior member of not only the Competing Team, but also of the whole Clan. It's weird how that one year gave me so much memories and experiences which in one way or another, made me a better individual, not only on the dance floor, but also on a "normal" basis. Haha. I don't regret anything, except maybe for letting my academics take a back seat whenever we have gigs and compets, but still, all in all, the past year was quite a good run.

Exactly one day from now, it'll be my Mum's 50th birthday. I'm excited for my mom, because I believe God has much, much more plans for my Mum (including the part where my Mum would not be so afraid of riding airplanes anymore, thus, world tour, here we come). Haha. Only one problem though, I still don't have a gift for her. It should be special, really, because it's her time for the big five ow. Argh. Think, think.

Exactly one hour ago, I started this entry. An hour has passed and I believe this entry's end should come now. I have nothing to write anymore. I've ben pulling all-nighters since last week and I believe the stress is busting all of my neurons out.

I need sleep.

Minsan Lang 'to.

Hoy RJ, 14 years old ka na.

Haha.

How time flies talaga. Haha. Here's to more inuman!

(Ang bobo ng entry ko. Sorry na.)

D'you Know of Loneliness?

Loneliness is walking by your lonesome, under the yellow street lights. Singing a song when in fact, no one's even listening.

It is sleeping and waking up with no one beside you. Looking at your hand and wondering why nobody's holding it. Looking straight into the eyes of the one you love, and seeing that her gaze is upon someone else.

Last, it is knowing the fact that out of the millions of people who walk the face of the earth, no one dared to be with you.

Pwede Ba Yon?

From John Mayer's Stupid Mouth

"think before speaking..."

From Chris Belison's Stupid Me

"(whenever possible) think before loving..."

Unfinished Business. Lots of them.

I'm currently reading three books, of course not all at the same time. I wish sem break would come a lot faster because not finishing a book makes me fell like I'm unintelligent or something, even though I put the real blame mostly on my laziness and heavy workload, still, I hate the feeling of not being able to finish something I've started.

Nonsensical post brought to you by yours truly.

Plurk You.

So, I've decided to delete my LiveJournal account because I've accepted the fact that I'm no god in blogging (or in any other things, really) and with the academic work load I have (plus the after school, extra-curricular stuff I have), I seriously can not manage another blog site. So, in two weeks' time, http://plakado.livejournal.com will no longer be seen in the pages of the world wide web. Awww.

But then again there's Plurk.

I got to know about Plurk from Efren Rodriguez, a member of the LSDC-Street and an online friend (check his blog here). I tried it, and boom. It's like Plurk was created for people like me. Wannabe bloggers that do not have enough time to spare. Or maybe even too lazy to type long entries (ouch). Haha.

Plurk is a micro-blogging site, kinda like Twitter, but with a better interface (Rodriguez, 2008). Haha.

I named my Plurk page Plakado, after my soon-to-be-dead LiveJournal account. Plakado's legacy will live on forever. Or just until I get tired of Plurk.

Anyway, do check Plurk out. Visit my Plurk page as well.

Plurk You!!!

Worth It.

Sulit na sulit.

Exactly the three words that's been resonating in my mind since I got home a couple of hours ago. I've tickets to Sponge Cola's gig in Java Avenue but after rehearsals, I went home instead. I figured I wouldn't be able to enjoy it fully because if ever I decide to go, I'd have to be home by 1:00AM, and no, it ain't because of curfew or anything. See, I have this big problem called waking up at 5:30AM for a 7:00AM "you're absent if you come in late" kind of class. And unfortunately, I've maximized/used up ALL POSSIBLE absences for that subject, and I've no intentions to flunk just because of excessive unexcused absences. Haha.

I wonder if she went. Hmmm.

Anyway, mum gave me the surprise of my life (o.a) when I came home and found not 1, but (insert number here. clue: between 2-10) pints of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream. Gawd. Funny, 'cause I came across someone's Multiply and saw Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream in one of his posts, which got me really craving for it. Mum and I were talking on the phone early this morning and I told her about it. She actually missed Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream herself so she decided to take a break and go to Alabang to get some. Rustan's Supermarket in ATC is the nearest grocery which carry Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream products, I think. And voila, Ben & Jerry's resting comfortably in our chiller. Not for long though. Haha.

(Yihee, creative shots. Taken with Casio Exilim Z1200)

And yes, sulit na sulit ang hindi ko pag-nuod ng Sponge Cola gig dahil sa Ben & Jerry's, and quality ice cream time with my family. Yihee, cheesy.

Ang mature ng entry ko. Haha.

Good News. Bad News.

Good news is, I finished the poster paper for ENG 10 I've been ranting about since last night, and believe it or not, it actually looks good. Definitely, definitely poster paper for the Institute of Biological Sciences, UPLB material. Haha. To think that it was my first time to do such, my project turned out one heck of a reat poster. Haha. Enough, enough. Haha.

Bad news is, I've got ENG 10 pre-final exam tomorrow at 7:00AM. I haven't even started reviewing yet, and I don't intend to study for the next thirty minutes or so. I don't have any problems regarding the exam 'cause I'm pretty sure I'll pass. Wow. Confident. Tss. Haha. Anyways, I've got to finish my research proposal first before I study. And yeah, you read it right. Research proposal. For what subject, you ask? ENG 10, baby.

And no, ENG 10 ain't my major subject. Tss.

Come on, Canola Oil.

I woke up at around 8:00am, meaning I overslept for two hours. Lucky me my supposedly make-up class from 8:00-10:00 was canceled for no apparent reason (immense rain pour, maybe?). I still ave no idea how to do the poster paper for ENG 10. Sources do not provide images of the graphs and tables from the scientific paper's Results and Discussion, and from basic knowledge, we know very well that poster papers NEED those pesky graphs and tables. For sobbing out loud, I've go to make a way to finish this project, which by the way is due tomorrow morning. Grrreat.
