Review: Nokia 5220 Xpress Music

Category:Computers & Electronics
Product Type: Cell-phones
Manufacturer: Nokia
As I was so lucky to have lost my mobile phone (my second Nokia N70) last Friday, I scoured the world wide web for reviews concerning entry-level to mid-range priced mobile phones. After two nights of contemplating, I decided to get a Nokia 5310 Xpress Music phone (in blue and black), however, the local seller here didn't have one unit at hand (the red and black variety's available but I'm not too keen on the color red). I chanced upon the Nokia 5220 Xpress Music phone and from the reviews I've read, this mobile seemed to be at par with its predecessor, the 5310. And so I bought it. This is another one of those "half=half" situations where me and my Mum would split the bill, thus, rendering me with no allowance for this week. Haha!

I've been tinkering with the phone for hours now and I'm really satisfied with it. The sound/music capabilities are great and quite surprisingly, the 2.0 megapixel camera takes good photographs. Better than the ones taken using my Nokia N70, really. The interface's really quirky too. Plus I got mine in green, so this one's a winner! Haha.

Why four stars out of five? Just because the back panel of the Xpress On Cover is in color white. Black looks better, I think. Anyway, I'm gonna look for a black back panel in the following days.
